PLEASE I WANT TO INSTALL A SOFTWARE IN MY DOMAIN AND IT REQUEST FOR THE FOLLOWING SERVICES, SO I WILL LIKE TO KNOW IF YOU SUPPORT THEM.
Linux/Unix/Windows
Apache 2 or higher (with mod_rewrite module)
* PHP 5.2.6 or higher with:

* safe_mode off
PHP modules:
* PDO
* DOM
* mbstring
* zip
* zlib
* ftp
* json
MySQL 5.0 or higher

Mail server (SendMail, Exim or other)

Taking a quick look at the requirements, the only item on that list that doesn't match what's on the free servers is safe mode, which is turned on. If you've already signed up for an account, you can always check in cPanel or use phpversion , ini_get and extension_loaded to check most of that for yourself.

Also note that cron jobs must be spaced five minutes apart. No one minute cron jobs. No multiple cron jobs all going off on the hour.

Also on the above post by mission, php safe_mode is disabled on the free hosting services.

Sorry, I misremembered what was an open_basedir restriction as a safe_mode restriction. It looks like all the basic requirements are there, though you might run into resource usage restrictions (such as the cron limitation descalzo mentions), as outlined in the terms of service.
