My website, tiberian-wrath.x10hosting.com, is down and i cant log in..

When i login to x10hosting.com, it says:

Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue

i also faced this kind of problem but when i tried next it was successfully login..
