I can't link my forum account to my hosting account! It says,
In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!
Is my C-Panel name the same as the username I have shown above? (sarelle) because that's what I've been trying to imput and it keeps getting rejected, it says that user name does not exist.
I registerd the same e-mail address with my c-panel account and the forum (sarelles_14@hotmail.com)
I've read the instructions multiple times, but I can't get it to work!
my site is supposed to be http://organizedhomex10hosting.com but it's not working...
My hosting package is ad enhanced/Corporate
