Hi i have uploaded my files to the server but when i try and go to my website i get this message

"It looks like your domain does not have a valid license key.
If you think this is incorrect, please email us.

can you please help,also i upgraded to premium hosting and it said you would call me but i have not had a call yet thanks.

Edit: Removed the keys here; I'm not sure what they are for, but I'm sure it's not good to post them publicly.

It appears the third-party software you have installed, CLP, is requiring that you have a license key to use the software.
As this is third-party software, x10Hosting cannot provide a license keys or any support about CLP, and it looks like you will need to get a license key from the Content Lock Pro website.

can you please help,also i upgraded to premium hosting and it said you would call me but i have not had a call yet thanks.

.About the third party software, i deleted CLP and bought MCL with license and uploaded but still no luck, also i have tried 3 times now to upgrade but it keeps saying that you are checking my details and to wait for a call but it never comes,

Also i went to clients.x10hosting.com but you have to order the package you want and the infinity package that i was offered earlier is $19 and will have to pay more to transfer to premium when i was offered a free automatic transfer if i upgraded today,please help,thanks.

When I navigate to your MCL installation, I can see the install page fine. You will probably need to go through the installation wizard by going to your MCL folder on your website.

It looks like you'll also need to setup MySQL on your account for this to work.

Also, our Infinity package is the name of our x10Premium packages. As far as I'm aware, transferring between x10Hosting and x10Premium does not incur extra charges. I only specialise in Free Hosting however, so I'm not able to provide official responses on our x10Premium plans.

There is no $19 Infinity package; you either pay for one month at $6.95 or go straight to 1 year (at $71.40) or more (2 years for $118.80, 3 years for $142.20). There is a one-click upgrade path from Free Hosting to Infinity (the regular Premium shared hosting solution), which includes data migration if you check off the "please transfer files and data" option on the upgrade form.

Infinity+ One is $19.95/mo, and the Infinity+ plans are hosted on a different set of servers. There is no automated upgrade path from Free Hosting to Infinity+. (It would be an unusual upgrade, sort of like trading in a used Smart Fortwo on a shiny new mid-level Porsche Cayenne Turbo — it may happen, but not very often. Or at least not often enough to automate. With 8 times the memory and 12 times the CPU available, and much less latency time spent in queues for database and I/O resources, it's doubtful that a site that would need Infinity+ One to run would function at all on Free Hosting, at least not without tripping the High Resource Use triggers very early in the hour, every hour it's up.) That likely means that data transfer, etc., would be a hands-on process.
