HELP Please

Hi people
I am a new member and I have a big problem:eek4:
I tried to install a PHP script and I uploaded the script to the free host server to the directory / which is the root of the server so I tried to Install the script I couldn't find the script in my web browser to launch the file install.php
so, the question is how can I install a PHP script and reach install.php of my script
in this server :dunno:

You have to upload it to the folder public_html to access it in your web browser.
