Help plz --- urgent

Hi every body
well
i have a free account i need to use my file manager but when i choose one of
the four directorys i see an error page:frown:
page not found
HTTP 404 - file not found
so plz i need an answer

have you tried using the legacy file manager or ftp? you might be able to work around this error. there might be a permissions error with one of your directories or a problem with some setting in your account. If you can't work through it, you will have to submit a support ticket, as no one here can access your cpanel.

When in cPanel, choose File Manager and public_html.

Alternatively if that is giving you a 404 error can you not try using an FTP program to access your files? << This way is quicker too!
