First and foremost, the software installed is MCCodes, however as per their license verification system you do not actually have a license set up for the domain in use on the account. This is a serious problem, as it means the install in question is illegal, and has caused the immediate suspension of the account as we do not tolerate warez/stolen software on the server.

That said, in order of my concerns in the above post:

1) Upgrading to premium wouldn't help as we do not allow warez on any service we offer.

2) The issue in question is because the permissions on public_html were modified to 777 - 777 permissions are a major security risk, so the server protects itself by immediately locking all files in the folder.

3) The game has been up 7 days, is an unlicensed version, and is running on free hosting. The game should not be losing money since there is no expenses to speak of. This is less of an x10hosting concern though and more of a personal one; if your intent was to make money with the software, then you should ensure you legitimately purchase and license the software, since US Law would allow the legitimate maker of the script to sue you for both the license fee and damages, obliterating any profits you would have made in the first place.

In any case, with the unlicensed software running on the account, we have had no choice but to issue an immediate and permanent suspension. As per the Terms of Service you agreed to, specifically sections 6 and 8, backups were your responsibility, and are no longer able to be provided by us due to the suspension.
