Unfortunately at this time we have no tolerance for warez, copyright infringement, or file hosting, let alone an account that does all 3 at once. This is a permanent zero-tolerance suspension which cannot currently be removed.

You know that X10 offers high quality free hosting services ..only that is required is that you strictly follow ToS.
Now that you violated ToS,the hosting account is permanently suspended/terminated.
This only means that this hosting service cannot cater to your needs of putting a "warez/copyright infringement/file hosting website" .
