Help Uploading Files. Urgent!

Trying to access cPanel but Firefox cannot access; seems to be a problem of firewall because I am accessing from out of North America.

I use Filezilla but it does not work

Host should be your site name, not ftp.x10.mx.

Also, your post went to mod approval first - this is good since you had your password publicly exposed. NEVER, EVER post your password - staff do not need it.


As a side note, the password you chose is extremely insecure; I'd recommend changing it as it's one of the most commonly guessed passwords in an attack, and you're responsible for the content on your account.
