Because your DNS set up is all wrong.
You have your DNS nameservers set to
ns2.dotvndns.vn
ns1.dotvndns.vn
and they point to 99.198.122.2 , which is not the IP of your server. That is the IP of one of the x10 nameservers.
Either:
A. Set the nameservers to
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
OR
B. Adjust the A record on your current nameservers to point to the proper server, lotus.x10hosting.com which has IP: 184.154.58.130
