HELP! Why can't i access my site? what is apache?

Visit My site at: www.rockbar.tk or www.rockbar.x10hosting.com it brings you to a page that says user download apache....:dunno: But i never did this and don't know how to fix the problem! Help i can't view my site no mattter what i do i get that page. Yes i do have a index.html page!:lockd:

Apache is what shows you your website.
