Help with cgi script please.

Sorry I couldn't get back before my previous post was closed I have further information that might help.
First this is the installation url.

and this is the error I am still getting.

Don't worry if this can't be solved I'll get Becanada to install it I just wanted to find out if it was possible to do it myself or with your help.
