Help with cpanel

I am unable to log into the cPanel, and when I use dreamweaver to put and get my files, it succesfuly does it, but nothing changes on the cPanel,
As far as I am concerned, I have deleted all files that I uploaded onto x10hosting, but when I log into just x10hosting.com, it is telling me that I have used 100% of my space.
I also got a warning from x10hosting saying if i do not upload a homepage I will get removed, but I can't upload it otherwise I would.

Help me please.

Do you have a backup of your files? If so i will clear your files uploaded into your file manager and free the space back up.
