help with domain

im tired of my site switching urls

now
http://www.monstermatt2.pcriot.com (goes to cossacks cpanel page)
monstermatt2.pcriot.com (goes to my homepage)


few hours later it will switch
http://www.monstermatt2.pcriot.com (goes to my homepage)
monstermatt2.pcriot.com (goes to cossacks cpanel page)

anyway to fix this glitch so it stops switcing

Is it still happening? It could have been a temporary DNS problem.
