help with email

hey guys i need a liitle help. im giving one of my members an email address name@mydomain.com the question is how is he going to check his mail? i can't give him my CP username and pass so can anyone help me. what does the auto responder do?

There is an easy way to do this. You can go to cpanel>mail>Squirrell Mail> and it asks for login info, then, give your friend the address to that page, and there login info, and they should be able to login.
