help with free server.

can I get my IP unbanned or w.e from the free server? I tried for days to view sites on it and it kept saying it wasn't responding. So eventually I tried at my friends house and it worked. came home nothing. so yeah, i'm pretty sure my IP is banned.

I doubt that your IP is banned.

Try clearing your browsers cache (files and cookies). Also do a connection repair, which will clear your DNS cache. To do it, right-click on the two little monitors in tray and than click Repair. After that DO NOT open your browsers and restart your computer right away.
Than try again.

Nope. I tried that and it still didn't work. I got on MSN with my friend and told him to go random .x10hosting sites and he could get on to all the sites that were actual sites and I still got the not responding message from FireFox. To see if it was my computer. I got my bro. to set a temporary proxy on my firefox and I could get on the sites. I'm pretty sure my IP is blocked.

I know this is a bit off topic but since this post is up. How long roughly does it take between the time I type my cPanel account into the link it to my account page and the time when I get a confirmation email? I did it roughly 10 minutes ago, just wondering if that's normal.
