help with frontpage upload?

I'm trying to upload my site that i recently created with frontpage but whenever I go to publish web it says that i can't upload because there is a problem with the server. I uploaded the extensions but it won't let me upload. can anybody give me a step by step or some tips for uploading from frontpage!!! thank you!!! o and it's Microsoft office XP pro if that makes a difference.
