Help with my site please

Hi, I am new to the whole website making scene, I want to make it for me and my buddies for Halo and other good games, but anyway, I need help getting the forum up and running, I do not know how to put my NukeLadder on the site using Smart FTP or what ever you use. Can anyone help me out please.
