Help with MYSQL Databases

Greetings TO ALL:

I am new to this service and I have just set up my account, I was wondering if someone can help me, I am trying to add a database to my site, but I do not seem to know how I can add database items to my site. Can I add items to the database directly to the server, or do I need to upload a database? I currently have MS Access installed in my system so I cannot create MYSQL databases locally, so I need to know if I can do this on the server. Just in case, does anyone know how to convert a MS ACCESS database to a MYSQL database? Let me know if this is possible or not. Anything anyone can help me with would be greatly appreciated.

Use the MySQL tools in cPanel to create database, users and add users to the database.

As for changing from Access to MySQL - simply export the tables from Access as CSV files and then use phpMyAdmin (in cPanel) to import the files into your database.
