Ok guys, when i made my web someone else did it for me now i delted my database and i want to make the reg automatically go into the mysql and i dont no how to change my look and things. And one other thing i cant log into my local, root, root anymore on mysql

I don't understand what you are asking besides you deleted your database.

Ok i made a private maplestory server and havea list of users i put there name into the users sections and it works but i want it to have them regester and put it into the user section so i dont got to do it get me now?

Sounds like you need to create a PHP script and a form to take the information and insert it into the database.

There are a ton of tutorials on this, a quick Google search should turn some up.
