need help please simple question

where exactly on the cpanelx would i upload my web page template? i made it on wysiwyg web builder if you need to know

upload it too your 'public_html' directory.

it hast to be named index.(file extension) for example index.html

Go into the file manager and upload it into 'public_html'. You could also try to upload things using an FTP account.
