Help with Resetting account

Hey guys I need help resetting my account.
I'm have an Error Popping up witch is allowing me to access my Cpanel.
To be honest I'd rather just have my whole account reset instead of going through trying to fix it.

This is the Error I'm getting:

Internal Server Error
500

No response from subprocess (cpanel (cpanel)): The subprocess exited with status 122 (EDQUOT).
