Help with site uploads

Hey there,
I would like to know where i can get help for "How i can get a uploads page working on an X10hosting account?"

What i mean is that, i want a page that i can access externaly as in not loggin onto my account and uploading through cPannelx, but through a page (a php or html page) and browsing for a file and uploading it to my site

IE: /wwww.sitename.x10hosting.com/downloads

When i click the upload button the file gets uploaded to that area.

Rather than using FTP or the main upload area.

What type of site are you planning ? You have to have more than an uploads site for files.

no... i just want a single php or html coded, page so when i click the browse button then upload it uploads to the server or my site

only for single file use. Like uploading word documents and excel work ect.
