Help with Suspension please

Ok, so i was gone for a while and I came back today and found my account was supended because I didn't change something on the index page.

I needed to post a thread to get un-suspended. Also, what did i need to change on the index page?

They weren't saying you were. They were giving you a link that explains what to do.

A. Read the Sticky ( that link provided above )
B. Copy the form into a thread in the Suspended Accounts section.
C. Wait for a staff member to respond.
