Help with with Ads

I need some help with getting the ads into my web site. I am using Soholaunch and I have the free service. I don't know very much code at all as this is all new to me. I am learning but totally green about all of this. I don't want my account to be suspend or termed for not getting these up on my site. So please help a greenhorn.
