Well i can log onto the forum but not the cpanel. this is really frustrating and thinking of moving i dont know why iy wont work can you send me a reply or something to help

You do not have a hosting account. If you know your CPanel login, I can try to find if the account is misplaced, but more than likely it was deleted for inactivity. Accounts that have been inactive (no forum logins) for more than 41 days are deleted.
