since the DB was erased, now i was trying to create a new one but i was unable to do it...>? can some one give a reason or a solution for this please?

mysql is down just wait the databases will come back no need for a new one nothing is lost

Yes the databases will come back, I hope you did not alreddy delete your other one befor trying to make a new one.
