The name is 'localhost'

You have to make a user + password using MySQL Databases on cPanel and assign it to one of your databases giving it ALL PRIVILEGES.

If you are trying to access x10hosting's MySQL server from outside of your account, you cannot. Remote access is disabled and will not be enabled.
