Help!

Yesterday and today my site has had some really bad issues with lag and the site not even loading. Some pages aren't even loading. Can someone please help me with this?

Well, it started last night or on Saturday. Then today it happened and now I think it may be happening again.

Unfortunately due to the nature of free hosting there is very little we can do about these types of problems.

Yeah. I know. I was kind of wondering if you guys were upgrading the servers or something at that time. Thanks for the help!
