I have been having trouble with the email accounts I have setup through x10Hosting. However, x10 has been simply terrible as I have tried to get support for this issue. I recently posted a thread containing this text on my email problem:
I have setup 3 email accounts through x10hosting using the domain I purchased. They were working perfectly fine, until recently. I can still recieve emails, but when I try to send one it tells me the connection to the server has failed.
The thread was closed before I got any response whatsoever. The same thing happened to a similar thread I had posted about a week before this one. Prior to these 2 support requests I greatly appreciated the support staff, however, now I am wondering what is going on. Please help me with this problem, if I receive no help at all I will find another hosting provider (as much as I would hate to do it).
