I have been in a total state of confusion all day. I will try to be polite here, but your system is in serious need of some attention if you are really interested in getting anyone to upgrade to one of your better paid packages. I have been trying to work with something called sayed, which at this point im quite sure is a monkey on a chain, with 3 buttons to push which sends canned messages.

What i want to do is upgrade my now free account to either premium, or illuminated but thats where the confusion starts. The illuminated package sounds better on paper, with 5 years of hosting on a separate server than the other packages, 24/7 support (Where??). I will also want a TLD, with a .com which i have already chosen and its available. I also want my current site moved intact to that package which gives me a cost of $60

Then there is the premium package, which is basically the same except it says nothing about a different server, again no indication of where to get this 24/7 support, and the cost of that is about $80

What is the real deal here, alos the sign up leaves you in a fog. Just send us money basically and wait for something to "maybe" happen, Uhhhhh, dont think so. Can someone besides that monkey, that keeps sending me emails saying "thank you for your time, and i hope you find a better host" Please contact me at sunfish2042@gmail.com and help me get signed up on paid hosting PLEASE!!!

Illuminated is hosted on a different server from Free Hosting (whether completely free or Prime), but it's not quite the same thing as Premium. Premium is a regular paid service with employee staff and a normal support ticket system. Moving to Premium is a one-click migration (you just have to tick the box that says "move my current site" when you sign up). All of that info is available on the x10Premium.com and x10Hosting.com web sites, so there's no excuse for you not being able to find out on your own. And the support here on Free Hosting is volunteer peer-to-peer support unless the issue is escalated -- sorry if we missed you along the way, but we don't work here (and it's rather unfair for you or anybody else to expect us to put in as much time as you seem entitled to demand of a free service).
