You will need to explain a bit better on what you are looking for. If you want hosting with x10 : http://www.x10hosting.com/hosting

If you want just to upload files for hosting ... noerrorsfound explained going to filevip.com

If you want a free host without having to sign up for it ... well, that may be an issue.
