HELP!

I was suspended due to inactivity, I have tried signing back up and I get this every time at the lest step

"Invalid session user."

I'm entering everything right, I accept the terms and conditions, then that comes up.

It has been longer than 21 days, however when I go to sign up it says I have an account?
When I sign in with that, it says Invalid user session:/

I've been waiting ages for a reply and I've heard nothing as of yet, something needs doing asap, or I'll just have to find a different web host

Can you confirm your hosting account username? Your forums account is not properly linked to a hosting ID so it may be that your account needs a bit of attention.

I believe my hosting account name is Uniquely or Uniquely Greens
