I go to http://www.leviantart.exofire.net which is the site, but all it shows are folder things.


How can you make a webpage appear instead of those folder things?

You have to upload an index file to the public_html directory. That file can be any kind of web page like index.htm, .html, .php, etc., and will be the page people first see when they access your web site.

Yes. You can install it from fatastico which can be found in cpanel. no need to download it to your computer then upload it to the server just login to cpanel with your username and password then find the link that says fantastico (the blue face) near the bottom then when it loads look for a link on the left that says PHPBB 2 click that then fill in the forum and click install then when the next page loads click on finiis install and your done.
