My website doesn't show css on the homepage, I uploaded Wowonder to the website but when I go to the install section I can't access the website, it says error 403 or something, then i changed the install file permission from 770 to 777, it can access the website and install, but when i go to the home page there is no css, HELP ME!!!!!!
