Looks like a nasty critter; try rebooting, hit F8 and go into safe mode, and try to get your AV to remove it.

If that doesn't work, it's time for a good ole fashioned reformatting.
And if you do reformat, try getting an antivirus like AVG, NOD32, or Kaspersky. McAfee and Norton are t3h sucks.

Just to give my two cents :

This site ( http://short-media.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=57 ) is a great place when you need help with removal of viruses, spyware or just having issues with your computer in general.

If anything, even after removing that virus, may want to contact them and have them give ya a once over to make sure things are safe and sound.

try rebooting, hit F8 and go into safe mode
That is sometimes very hard to do, which is why I instead go to the Run dialog and type msconfig, and then click the BOOT.INI tab and check the box for /SAFEBOOT. Then you can restart normally, and after you're done you can just go back and uncheck the box before rebooting so you can go back into normal mode.
PS: Nod32 Powah! www.eset.com
But if you have Azureus, to use Nod32 you have to follow the instructions here: http://www.azureuswiki.com/index.php/ConfiguringNOD32

Otherwise Azureus will make you have 100% CPU usage.
