Hey all. just got signed up on here
am looking to get to the file manager?
i tried the link to connect to my control pannel URL. but it wont take my username and password? how do i get to the file manager?

Did you receive your confirmation e-mail? It has your Cpanel login name and password.

Are you saying when you enter your name and password that it says its wrong or that you can't enter it?

Your username is "reesey" your password is whatever you signed up with.

You can login to http://x10hosting.com/login and change your password if you don't remember.

it just comes up with "page cannot be displayed"

I verified that the link is working correctly. Where are you connecting from? Sometimes port 2082 could be blocked by your firewall or router.

I have added the port to my firewall excpetion but still nothing. it was comeing up wid a login box. but i think i typed in my password wrong a few times and now just "page cannot be displayed" just to add i cant get to orderofthelight.x10hosting.com again get "page cannot be displayed" any idea whats up?
