I signed up for this site thinking that I can build my Website here. So what do i need to do? Do i need to create it using maybe frontpage and then uploading it to my domain. Please help me! Thanks

Yes, you can create it with Frontpage, Dreamweaver etc and then upload it via the File Manager in the Cpanel or using an FTP client.

It seems that my Cpanel user name and password are not working. and I sent many request to reset the password but i have not heard anything. What do you suggest?

i uploaded html files to my website but the images(photos and pictures didnt appear as i placed them originally in my pc?

did you upload the images to the same directory as it is on your computer. so if you have them in yourfolderwithyourwebsite/images you upload them into a folder called images on your website. where yourfolderwithyourwebsite is the folder where your website is saved on your computer.
