Linking Forum With Hosting

if have a account and logged in
but when i click go to admin panel it says use the cp username
i set this as winker because winker2k6 was too long
and it won't let me in, keeps saying it doesn't exist

i don't know if this applys to the waiting 2 hours thing
but if it does let me know please

it wants me to link it with the cp panel username or something and i set that as winker but its saying it doesn't exist
