i've uploaded my files, and one of them is install.php. but it keeps me saying that cannot find file...
can anyone tell me what am i doing wrong?

Where did you upload them?

You should upload them either into the WWW or the public_html folder.

now im in trouble to find my Mysql database that i've created. where do the databases go?

they don't 'go' anywhere, they're still stuck at localhost.

I'd suggest watching the video tutorials on MySQL in your cPanel.
