Can somebody help me out here? My account was suspended today for "Prolonged high resource usage." - then going on to say "Account will be unsuspended automatically in 15 minutes." Can somebody tell me whats using high resources? My entire site only consists of a phpbb forum.

I'am also no longer able to login to my cpanel (before suspension), and receieve the message "Authentication Failed" when i attempt to login to the ftp. I have always followed your TOS by the book and have never intended to break any rules, so it would be of great interest to me as to whats using high resources.

-thanks in advance

High resource suspensions are suspensions that are caused for using too much server resources (CPU, RAM.

I thought I had explained it there, sorry. Otherwise, if I'm getting you right this time, using high resources would be having things like a site that is too big for free hosting/paid shared hosting, running too many PHP scripts at once, excessive MySQL demands/queries, etc. Does this explain it now?

Nah, sorry man - I know what using high resources means, but what on my account is using the high resources? My point is I only run a forum and the only modifications is the addition of usergroups.

Edit: My other problem is my website redirects to this page now "http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/index.php?do=check" and asks for my username to check why i'm suspended, when i put my username in it says "Error: This account is not suspended." So what the hells going on? :| Rather confused here now.

Edit#2: Don't wish to sound like I'm complaining here as this place is the best compared to the competition, but my sites been offline so much of late it hasn't been physically possible to use high resources as I can't access it in the first place. Cpanel also hasn't worked for days now either as everytime I try to login the page times out?
