I need to get the following information in order to post my site:
-What is my HTML wrapper file name. This is the name that the hosting provider (this site) requires to excute your site, i.e., index.html or default..htm.

-What is my FTP server login, Server address, Login name and password?

-What is my Web Root and Deploy Path?
