I got this error! -
Athough you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.


what will i do?

Well anyway, did you choose a hosting package when you joined? Even if you did, log into your acc panel, then on the left under "Account Details" there should be a form that allows you to modify your info.

Change where it says "Hosting Package *Drop down menu*" to the package you want then finally "Confirm Hosting Details"
