help?

so i got a domain a while ago and i got a host but i left him because he was unsuitable. it's been a while since i've had a host and i've still got my domain.
i signed up for hosting here a little while ago and i can't access cpanel because it says page cannot be displayed..

is there a period of time i have to wait or have i just done something wrong..?

You need to change the nameservers on the domain to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
