Why I can't be access my site and my account on cpanel from my ip address 124.195.1.151 is there have been blocking My IP address ?
If its true can I resquest to you to open or release that IP address coz I don't have any IP to access it.

I have the same prob i can go on my site ok but cpanel wont work with my pcs ip address, so just do this for now.....download a program called "Ghost Surf" which hides your ip address and changes it by proxy, set it to invisible and cpanel will work for you.

I checked in the ip blocking section of cpanel but no ips are being blocked so i dont know why its doing it cos it worked ok at first but its ok i'll just use ghost surf when i need to go to my cpanel... but hey any ideas admin?

I'm betting he posted when the server was still out (he posted at 6:41am, and the server was still having issues around 2am, and cpanel wouldn't even let me try to login).

In any case it loads right now, so try it again when you get a chance and see if it was just the server being wiggy.
