Hey its saying my bandwidth is excedded but looking on my cpanel it says iv used 25 mb not 500 please can you sort this owt

Are you sure you are looking at the right graph, & not confusing the Disk Space usage with the Monthly Bandwidth graph?

If you are sure there is a problem & you haven't exceeded your limit, then you should open a Support ticket.

Yes, open a ticket. Chances are:
1) Something has gone wrong
2) Your site has been attacked, causing all of the bandwidth to be used
3) Your hosting files, which you should not be.
