where in the cpanel can I create a mysql database?

Welcome to x10 hosting.

You can create a database at Cpanel -> 'MySQL Databases' or 'MySQL Databases Wizard' if you don't have much experience with this sort of stuff.

thank you but I looked for an option in the cpanel but there aren't any.

Click on the 'MySQL Databases Wizard' button, thats where you can create a new database.
