Hi I'm new here & need help with FTP

Hi,
I just joined x10 and I got jacoruit.x10.mx
I'm trying to upload WordPress and other PHP scripts with FTP
I'm using FileZilla but every time I try to login it says: can't connect to server.
I filled in:
Host: ftp.jacoruit.x10.mx
Username: jacoruit@jacoruit.x10.mx
Password: ****************
Port: 21

Log:

Status: Verbinding aangemaakt, welkomstbericht afwachten...
