I apologize for sending so many support requests, our website seems to be unaccessible through direct link or shorturl address. I can login through x10hosting and access my account info, but I cannot view my page or connect ftp. Is the server down? I added cloudflare yesterday, could this be the issue? I've switched from [removed] to x10 because of the good reviews, but I cannot afford to have our site down this much since we are forming a youth group through our church related to it. Thank you again for your time, sorry for being a pest.
