hi, php related question

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum. I'm trying to install Magento but it's asking me:

• • PHP Extension "mysqli" must be loaded
  • PHP Extension "pdo_mysql" must be loaded

How do I do that? or do the administrators do that?

Hello and welcome to X10,

You need to upgrade your PHP version to do this login here and at the bottom of the page choose the intermediate PHP version. NOTE you will need to wait for a member of X10 staff to enable it (4 Hours) and then your away.
